  25. That depends on a couple of things. For one, you can legally use AmiTCP for
  26. free, whereas you have to pay a lot for I-Net 225. It's true that AmiTCP
  27. 4.2 is expensive too, but at least there you have the option of using the
  28. 4.0 demo release. Another issue will be the speed and memory usage. Then
  29. there's the availability of the product. I can buy AmiTCP in a couple
  30. of places over here.

  32. I will not judge I-Net 225 until I've actually seen it. It's just that I'm
  33. quite happy with AmiTCP at the moment and it won't be easy for I-Net to
  34. take over the Amiga networking market, IMHO. People have to be *very*
  35. convinced that it is better before they'll upgrade from AmiTCP. Especially
  36. since it's very expensive.

  38. I think AT should really provide a TCP/IP stack with AmigaOS as a standard,
  39. but that's a different issue.
